Jeff Allen

Jeff is an expert in business leadership and corporate finance, with extensive experience as a business strategist, CFO, educator, and entrepreneur. He has developed leadership and financial curricula for various corporate clients throughout his career. As CFO, he secured over $2 billion in debt and equity capital across five private equity-sponsored companies.

Jeff holds a Ph.D. in finance and econometrics from Purdue University and has taught in executive programs at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, and in the full-time MBA program at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He is the author of The Human Edge: Leading With the Power of AI (2025) and Essentials of Financial Practice –Valuation, Analysis, and M&A (2015).
